ABOUT BGR

BG Reklam (referred to throughout this document as “BGR”) is a manufacturer of premium point-of-sale (POS) solutions. Since 2001, BGR has designed, engineered, and produced permanent in-store displays, shop-in-shop concepts, and retail environments for some of the world’s most demanding brands.

Everything happens under one roof in Belgrade – concept, industrial design, engineering, prototyping, production, and quality control – supported by sales and project offices in Hamburg, London, and Boston. BGR works in 25+ markets across Europe, North America, and beyond. Our operations are certified to ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management), ISO 14001:2015 (Environmental Management), and ISO 45001:2018 (Occupational Health & Safety), and aligned with the international guidance standards ISO 20400 (Sustainable Procurement) and ISO 26000 (Social Responsibility)  frameworks that shape how we source materials, work with suppliers, and treat the people who make our work possible.

This page sets out the terms under which BGR engages with clients, partners, and visitors to our website.

SCOPE OF ENGAGEMENT

This website, bgreklam.com, is owned and operated by BG Reklam d.o.o. Belgrade (together with its affiliated entities, “BGR,” “we,” “us” “BG Reklam Production). Affiliated entities include BG Reklam GmbH (Germany), BG Reklam UK Ltd (United Kingdom), and BG Reklam LLC (United States). Contracts may be entered with the BGR group entity most relevant to the client’s jurisdiction and project scope.

Unlike a retail webshop, BGR does not sell finished goods through this site. We engage with clients on a project basis – every solution is custom-developed against a specific brief, scope, and budget. The website serves as an information channel, a portfolio reference, and an inquiry gateway.

These Terms of Engagement define the rules and procedures that apply when you contact us, request a proposal, or enter into a project with BGR. Specific commercial terms – pricing, deliverables, timelines, IP, payment milestones – are governed by the individual project contract or purchase order signed between BGR and the client. Where these Terms and a signed contract conflict, the contract prevails.

USE OF OUR WEBSITE

By using bgreklam.com, you agree that:

  • You will use the site for legitimate business inquiries, information, and communication only.
  • You will not submit false or misleading information through any contact, RFP, or career form. If BGR reasonably determines that a submission is fraudulent, we may disregard it and, where appropriate, notify the relevant authorities.
  • The contact information you provide – email, phone, company name, role – is true and accurate.
  • BGR may use that contact information to respond to your inquiry and to communicate about a potential or active project.
  • If you do not provide the information required by a given form, we may be unable to respond.

BGR does not authorise the use of our content, photography, or case-study material for any purpose without prior written consent.

WHERE WE OPERATE

BGR delivers POS solutions across Western and Central Europe, the United Kingdom, and selected international markets, with capacity to ship anywhere in Europe within three working days for completed projects. North American projects are handled through our US office.

The information on this website does not constitute a binding offer. It is an invitation for you to make contact and submit a brief, after which BGR will issue a formal proposal.

PROJECT CAPACITY & LEAD TIMES

All projects are subject to BGR’s production capacity, material availability, and the technical feasibility of the brief. If a brief presents constraints – for example, supply-chain limitations on a specific material, or a deadline incompatible with the proposed scope – we will inform you and propose alternatives of equal or higher technical and aesthetic standard.

If the proposed alternative is not acceptable to you and a contract has not yet been signed, no fees are due. If a deposit has already been paid against a project that BGR ultimately cannot execute, the deposit is refunded in full.

HOW WE ENGAGE: FROM INQUIRY TO INSTALLATION

Working with BGR follows a defined sequence:

  1. Inquiry. You contact us through this website’s contact form, by email, or by phone. New clients are typically asked to share a brief – product, market, volume, timeline, budget envelope, and any brand guidelines.
  2. Proposal. BGR responds with a project plan: concept direction, scope, indicative price, lead time, and the level of detail you’ve requested (sketches, renders, prototypes). For complex programmes, we sign a mutual NDA before exchanging sensitive material.
  3. Design and approval. BGR’s in-house industrial designers and engineers develop the solution. You review, give feedback, and approve at defined gates. Major scope changes after approval are handled through a written change request and may affect price or timing.
  4. Production. Once design is signed off and a purchase order is in place, BGR moves to prototyping (where applicable) and serial production in Belgrade.
  5. Delivery and installation. Finished units are packaged for safe transport and shipped to the agreed destinations. Where the contract includes installation, BGR teams or partners handle it on site.
  6. Aftercare. BGR retains technical files for the duration agreed in contract and supports reorders, refurbishments, and rollouts to additional markets.

For repeat clients, this process is streamlined – BGR already holds your brand assets, technical preferences, and approval history, which shortens lead time on every subsequent project.

QUOTATION, PRICING & PAYMENT

All prices in BGR proposals are quoted in EUR, RSD, or another agreed currency, exclusive of VAT unless explicitly stated.

A proposal is valid for the period stated on it, typically 30 days from issue.

Payment terms are defined in the project contract or purchase order. Standard practice is a structured milestone schedule (for example: deposit on contract signature, balance against delivery), with terms aligned to the client’s procurement framework. Invoices are issued in line with the agreed schedule and are payable within the period stated on the invoice.

Late payment may result in suspension of production or delivery and, where applicable, statutory interest on overdue amounts. Any contractual exceptions to the above are governed by the signed agreement.

PRODUCTION & DELIVERY

Goods are packed to withstand standard warehouse handling and transport conditions without damage or loss of quality. Delivery is made to the address(es) specified in the purchase order, during standard business hours, on working days.

Lead times are quoted in working days from the date of design sign-off and receipt of deposit (or from the date stipulated in the contract). Where a delivery cannot be made on the planned date due to circumstances beyond BGR’s control, we will inform you without delay and agree a revised schedule.

If the consignee is not present to receive a delivery, BGR’s logistics team or carrier will make a second attempt by appointment. Repeated failure to receive may result in storage charges or, in the case of carrier delivery, return of the shipment to BGR’s facility at the client’s cost.

A delivery note and commercial invoice accompany every shipment. Title and risk pass according to the Incoterms specified in the purchase order.

QUALITY, CLAIMS & COMPLAINTS

BGR stands behind the quality of its work. On receipt of a shipment, the consignee is expected to:

  • Inspect packaging and units for visible transport damage and note any issues with the carrier on the delivery document.
  • Verify quantities and item references against the delivery note and purchase order.
  • Report any discrepancy or visible defect to the BGR project manager within 48 hours of receipt.

For hidden defects or issues that emerge during installation or use within the warranty period agreed in contract, please contact us in writing – by email to your BGR project manager or to info@bgreklam.com – with photographs, batch references, and a description of the issue.

BGR will acknowledge any complaint without delay and respond substantively within eight working days with our position and a proposed resolution. Resolution may take the form of repair, replacement of affected units, partial credit, or refund, depending on the nature of the issue and the terms of the underlying contract. Resolution is completed within the timeframe agreed in our response, and in any case no later than 30 days from the date the complaint was filed, unless a longer period is justified by the nature of the work.

CONFIDENTIALITY & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

BGR’s work routinely involves unreleased products, brand strategies, and commercially sensitive information. BGR treats all client material as confidential by default, whether or not an NDA is in place, and applies the same standard internally across its design, engineering, and production teams.

Unless agreed otherwise in writing:

  • Designs, technical drawings, prototypes, and tooling developed by BGR in execution of a client project are licensed to the client for the agreed scope and remain the underlying intellectual property of BGR, which retains the right to use them for internal portfolio and reference purposes.
  • Client-provided brand assets, specifications, and confidential information remain the exclusive property of the client and are used solely for the purposes of the project.
  • Project-specific IP arrangements (full assignment, exclusivity, non-disclosure, restricted use) are defined in the contract.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

BGR reserves the right to update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via this page and, where relevant, by direct notice to active clients. Continued use of the website or continuation of an active project after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept a change, you may submit feedback or terminate engagement in line with the relevant contract.

PRIVACY & DATA PROTECTION

BGR is committed to protecting the privacy of clients, partners, candidates, and website visitors. BGR collects only the personal data necessary to operate the business – primarily business-contact data of individuals representing client and partner organisations, and information voluntarily submitted through our contact, inquiry, and careers forms.

Personal data is processed in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the UK GDPR, the Serbian Law on Personal Data Protection, and the data protection laws of any other jurisdiction in which BGR operates. Data is accessible only to employees and contractors who require it to perform their roles, and all are bound by confidentiality obligations.

For full details – categories of data, legal basis, retention periods, your rights, and how to exercise them – please consult our Privacy Policy and Cookie Notice [LINK].

TRANSACTIONAL DATA SECURITY

Where payments to BGR are made by bank transfer against issued invoices, transfers are processed through the client’s and BGR’s own banking infrastructure, with no card data or transactional credentials handled by BGR systems. Communications regarding banking details are issued in writing on letterhead or through verified channels. BGR will never request a change of payment details by unverified email. If you receive any such request, please contact your BGR project manager directly to confirm before acting.

COOKIES

The BGR website uses cookies and similar technologies to keep the site functional, understand how visitors use it, and – where you consent – to support marketing and analytics. You can review and manage your preferences at any time. Details of every category of cookie BGR uses are set out in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Notice [LINK].
