Tailor-Made Retail Environments Across Markets
For the 2025 Pixel 10 launch, Google relied on BGR to produce and install premium shop-in-shop spaces across Europe – each adapted to a different retailer, market and architectural reality, while still meeting Google’s strict global brand guidelines.
The rollout covered seven installations in six cities, including three FNAC stores in Paris (Montparnasse, Ternes, and Westfield Forum), MediaMarkt in Amsterdam, Elgiganten in Stockholm, and a flagship in Cascais in Portugal – all delivered within the April–September 2025 launch window.
Precisely Engineered Shop-in-Shop Execution
Each environment was developed with a new material palette and refreshed design language for the new Pixel generation, tailor-made for each specific store footprint — balancing global brand logic with local retail constraints.
Interactive demo boxes enabled visitors to explore Pixel 10 functions in real time, supported by custom wallbays, structural lightboxes, branded flooring and furniture elements. All components were produced, pre-assembled and tested in-house – so installation on site was execution-only.
Standard production cycles for this level of scope are 6-10 weeks, with selected markets executed in 3-4 weeks.
Proven Launch System with Repeatable Global–Local Alignment
Over the past three years, this collaboration has expanded into a repeatable Google launch model – with 20+ shop-in-shop executions completed across EMEA. What consistently differentiates the program is BGR’s ability to match two opposing requirement sets simultaneously: strict Google global brand logic plus retailer-specific, country-specific constraints (regulations, floor rules, building standards, power specs, etc.).
