Scope of Service
a. The Service Provider will deliver custom design services based on the specifications provided by the Client.
b. Final deliverables will be provided in the agreed format after completion of the project and full payment of the service fee.
Copyright and Ownership
a. Full rights and ownership of the final approved design transfer to the Client once payment has been received in full.
b. Concepts, drafts, or unused ideas remain the property of the Service Provider, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
c. The Service Provider retains the right to display the completed work in its portfolio, case studies, or promotional materials.
